We completed this modular cape in Vienna back in 2007.

We finished this modular cape this past summer. We completed the exterior, 1st floor interior, plumbing, heating, and electrical. The homeowner was responsible for the excavation, foundation, well, and exterior steps. Let us know what you think on our Facebook page.

Our Fairfield Project is Almost Complete

Almost there. Hardwood flooring is being installed and then a small amount of trim work inside, porch railings and front steps, and the homeowner will be moving in.

Fairfield Project Update

Our Fairfield project is winding down. On this project the homeowner was responsible for the earthwork and hardwood flooring. Once the earthwork and flooring is complete we can finish this project with the installation of the exterior steps and finishing touches inside.

Our Fairfield project is moving along nicely. The garage is coming along with the porch soon to follow. Check out the storage possibilities with an attic in the house and above the garage.

Our Rome Project is Complete

We started clearing the house lot on May 6th, 2011 and the homeowners were given the go ahead to move in on August 12th, 2011. Just over 3 months from start to finish. How can you beat that. Check out these two videos of the 1st and 2nd floors. Stay tuned for additional pictures of our Rome project and updates to our newly started Fairfield project.
