One of the requirements for the tax credit (see prior news article below) is to be under contract by April 30, 2010 and closed by June 30, 2010.  Do not wait until March to order your new home, there may not be enough time to build, deliver, and complete your new home by the June 30, 2010 deadline.  Order now and schedule delivery at the appropriate time to be completed by the deadline.  Contact us for more details
